Policies and Safety Regulations
At Casual Meetup, it is our intention to provide our members with professional safety services for their individual needs. The following policies and safety regulations serve as a guide for our first-time and repeating members.
We strongly believe that your time is valuable as is ours and we make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. In our commitment to providing a unique and outstanding experience to all of our members, we have adopted the following policies:
Dating Pass Membership Card
Prior to each registered appointment, the company will discuss the safety provision and benefits on your second time making an appointment. You will be asked to get a CM Membership pass stating that you have read and understand the policies and regulations of the company and also agree to comply with the policies and procedures.
Dating Appointment Reservations
Here at True People Verify, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, business meetings, and children’s illnesses, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a meetup appointment. However, we ask that you send us an email if you cannot keep your appointment. Members who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will need to get a Dating Pass Membership Card with us for proof of agreement with our rules and policy to avoid incompliance with us again.
Arrival at Your Appointed Meetup
Please arrive for your appointment 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. Meetup Appointments have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and disconcerting experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your partner will be disappointed.
Cancellation Policy
Our members are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to cancellation incompliance. New members who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will need to get a Dating Pass Membership Card (Membership Pass) with us for proof of agreement with our rules and policy to avoid incompliance with us again. We recognize the time of our VIP members is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
All services require a debit/cc card or gift card to guarantee an appointment please have your cards ready when getting an appointment. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show-up.
No Show Policy
In order to help ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a debit or cc card is required at the time of getting an appointment to guarantee your reservation and to meet the standards of the system but a gift card or prepaid card is most effective and used for requesting an appointment.
