By becoming a member, you are ensuring that your identity is securely verified through our process, which includes a comprehensive background check, ID verification, and real-time selfie confirmation.

Upon successful verification, you will receive a Verified Digital Hookup ID Membership Card, which can be used to prove your identity when connecting with other users.

2. Membership & Payments

2.1. Membership Types
We offer several types of memberships, including Standard Membership and Lifetime Membership, each with varying levels of access and features.

• Standard Membership grants access to the identity verification process, allowing you to obtain a verified Hookup ID Membership Card.
• Lifetime Membership includes lifetime access to your account, identity verification, and the Hookup ID Membership Card, with no renewal required.

2.2. Payment Terms
We ensure all membership subscription payments are handled securely through our trusted payment platform. By purchasing a membership, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Recurring billing applies based on the membership plan you select; however, lifetime memberships are a one-time payment and are exempt from recurring charges.

2.3. No Refunds Policy
IMPORTANT: We do not offer refunds for any memberships or services once purchased.
All services are delivered immediately upon purchase, and once you complete the transaction, no refunds will be issued, under any circumstances. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept our No Refunds policy.

3. User Conduct

3.1. Member Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and other personal information. You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or if there has been any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2. Prohibited Activities
As a member of HookupID.com, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Posting or distributing harmful content, including but not limited to harassment, threats, or defamatory statements.
• Impersonating another individual or entity.
• Attempting to bypass or breach the security features of the website.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. Online Identification System (OIS)

4.1. Identity Verification Process
As part of our security efforts, you will be asked to undergo identity verification, which includes submitting a valid government-issued ID and a real-time selfie. The verification process is essential to obtaining your Verified Digital Hookup ID Membership Card.

4.2. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during the identity verification process. If any information is found to be inaccurate or misleading, we reserve the right to reject or revoke your verified status.

4.3. Data Security
We take the protection of your personal information seriously. All data submitted for the verification process is stored securely and only used for the purpose of identity verification.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Termination of Service

While our Online Identification System (OIS) aims to enhance the safety of our users, we cannot guarantee the safety of all meetups or interactions. We strongly encourage you to exercise caution and use your discretion when engaging with other users.

7.2. Limitation of Liability
In no event will HookupID.com or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law
